Delivery Information


  1. Delivery will be complete within 14-30 working days (normal products) 45-60 working days (custom made product) after purchasing; Delivery date and time cannot be chosen.
  2. Delivery on Mon to Sat 10am-6pm only; $200 surcharge after 6pm; no delivery service on Sun & Public Holiday.
  3. Free delivery service is valid for Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories.
  4. Surcharge of $150 for Tung Chung, $400 for Discovery Bay and $150 for Ma Wan.
  5. For outlying islands, delivery only to Central outlying Islands Ferry Pier.
  6. For addresses cannot be reached by truck, $100 for distance over 50 meters.
  7. For addresses without lift facilities, $250 per product per floor.
  8. For delivery date change, please contact merchant 3 days before in advance otherwise surcharge applies based on the type of products in failure to deliver, but not less than $300.
  9. Please note that by filling in an incorrect address or number may result in a delay of delivery.
